Omega 3 | 500 mg of DHA and EPA

Omega 3 is one of the key supplements that you should take daily (unless you eat 2-3 fatty fish portions a week). The main job of omega 3 is to support normal brain function, cognitive properties and normal heart function.

Zinc | 15 mg
